Details

Polar Circus (V, WI 5) is one of the most amazing icelines in Canadian Rockies. It has about 500 metres of ice. I do this route with Michał Dorocicz in January 2015.

Born in 1934, Chris Bonington began climbing at the age of 17. In 1958 he took part in an early ascent of the Bonatti Pillar on the Petit Dru, and later became the flrst Briton to climb the North Face of the Eiger. He was soon invited to take part in Himalayan adventures; he reached the summit of Annapurna Il (7927 m) in 1960, and then Nuptse (7861 m) in 1961.

Guido Machetto (28. 05. 1937 Biella - 24. 07. 1976 Tour Ronde) - Italian mountaineer and mountain guide. He was author of new routes in Alps and some difficult repeats of hard classics routes. In 1963 climb in Peruwian Ands (FA Nevado Terijuay). On 1974 and 1975 climb in Hindu Kusch (FA Tirich Mir West II, new route on Tirich Mir Main, ascent on Udren Zom). He climb on Tierra del Fuego in 1966. He was leader of expedition on Annapurna. Member of GHM.

Adam Bielecki - Polish mountaineer. He was born in Tychy, Finish psychology on Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He climb in mountains from 1999. On account he has first winter ascent on Gasherbrum I (2012) and Broad Peak (2013). He climb also Makalu, K2, and Khan Tengri (At the age of 17, he was the youngest person).

Sektor Bartka is new dry-tooling spot in Tatra mountains. It is in Zlomiskowa Valley. Here you have 4 dry-tooling routes with grade from ~M6 to ~M8. Routes are fresh :-). Be careful, because some rock will be loose.

Wanda Rutkiewicz was probably the best polish female climber on high mountains. She was the first woman to successfully summit K2. She also summit Mount Everest, Nanga Parbat, Cho Oyu, Gasherbrum I, Gasherbrum II, Shisha Pangma, Annapurna.

He was born in 1978. David’s passion for mountains started at age of 7 with his father climbing in the Alps. He traveled with his family to exciting and adventurous places like Hoggar mountains in the African desert or to Iceland. After finishing high school, he began with the education for becoming a professional mountain guide and soon later he became a member of the first Expedition Team for Youth athletes in the German Alpine Club. Now he live in Munich.

Wojciech Kurtyka was born in polish village Skrzynka (1947, 20 Sep) - He is one of the best polish climbers. He has lots of first ascents in Tatra Mountains, Himalays, Alps and many others.
